Inga Michaeli COO of Semantica, has over 12 years of experience as a translator and editor. She earned
a B.A. in English Literature and is a graduate
of the Translation and Interpreting
Program from Bar-Ilan University.
Inga has taught translation
at Beit Berl College and is a
frequent lecturer on various
translation-related topics.
She has translated over 60
books, including The World is
Flat by Thomas Friedman
and The Known World by
Edward P. Jones.
She is currently Deputy
Chair of the Israel
Translators Association.

Sarah Yarkoni, CEO of Semantica, has over 15 years of experience as a translator and editor. She earned a B.A.
(with honors) in German Literature and
International Relations from the
University of Wisconsin at Madison,
and is a graduate of the Translation
and Interpreting Program at
Bar-Ilan University (cum laude),
giving her a rich background
both in translation theory
and practice. Sarah served
as chair of the Israel Translators
Association for three terms
and lectures regularly on
translation-related subjects
at various professional
and academic forums.
